Casa de Las Palmas has 6-bedrooms that sleep 16 and has over 5,500 square feet of spacious living area. The house sits on over an acre of land in a quiet, convenient neighborhood that is less than a 5-minute ride by car or quad 4-wheeler to the center of Los Barriles, an authentic, unspoiled Mexican village that has become a center for kiteboarding and sport fishing.
THE BEACH HOUSE
The large, gated pool in the rear of the estate will keep you cool and out of the wind for year-round enjoyment, while the jacuzzi can help you relax and unwind. Pool gates are equipped with child-safety locks for peace of mind and family fun. Surrounding the pool is a large patio area, plentiful loungers and outdoor seating for larger families. Casa de Las Palmas is one of the most spacious beachfront rental homes in Los Barriles. In the front of the house, step out the front gate directly onto the beautiful, white sandy beach and into the sea where you can swim, snorkel, kayak, fish, or paddleboard.
ACCOMMODATIONS
With 5,500 sq. feet of living space, Casa de Las Palmas comfortably sleeps 12 - 16 people. The main house has four bedrooms (for smaller groups) with two Casita bedrooms across the courtyard. Bedrooms are furnished with king or queen beds and private baths, other than two bedrooms which share a large Jack n’ Jill bath.
